Fairly clean place with very attentive and absolutely courteous staff and lovely view on the lake. Overall really enjoyable stay for the whole 4 nights of stay;)))

Good location. A short walk to the central station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Clean.The breakfast was good.

The room need of a new carpet installation. Expensive internet - 10 euros per hour.

Consider asking for a room with a terrace for a unique outdoor experience. It enhances your stay in Milan.

Modern hotel, location wonderful close to the Metro to explore Milan, pleasantly surprised by brilliantly helpful staff and elegant atmosphere. Early check-in, brand-new and well-appointed rooms with a balcony and a tub and fantastic bathroom.

Cool hotel with excellent view on the lake, reasonably priced restaurant. Quiet, luxurious room, polite staff from porter to receptionist. Friendly check-in, late check-out👍😃

Hotel was central for visiting Milan. Room and facilities were excellent for our needs. The staff were very friendly,professiona land helpful. The breakfast buffet was very generous and wholesome.l

The location is very convenience as it's near Central station and airport shuttle bus station. Also, the buffet breakfast is good.

The bed is not comfort coz the mattress is too soft, it seems no support for the body.

The hotel's elegant decor combined warm, natural colors and beautiful furnishings. It was conveniently located just steps from the Milan Centrale station.

A wider variety in breakfast options would be lovely.

The hotel has just been totally refurbished so it was very modern and clean and well designed. The public areas were very smart with a lovely bar and a great outdoor area if you wanted to enjoy a drink, coffee or snack. The front office staff were very professional and smart and they gave us a lot of assistance with our many bags as we were travelling with our 2 children. The hotel bedrooms were very nicely appointed. We had 2 adjoining rooms. The bathrooms were very modern in design, very nice. The breakfast buffet offered a great choice and it was open early enough for us to enjoy before we caught our train to Geneva. The hotel was the perfect location for the central rail station. It was across the road from the Hotel.

Henry the manager had been reallly helpful and sweet to our to little ones. The location is a 3 to 5 min walk to the centre station (or grand train station) of Milan and u can even walk to get on a tram and takes you to The Duomo and shopping areas. Breakfast is not a big range but enough to keep you full. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its a new boutique hotel so u can expect nice and clean rooms.

Excellent location opposite Milano Centrale station. Loved the luxurious modern bedroom.

The hotel's location across from Milan Centrale station made it convenient for transport and business meetings. I appreciated the complimentary water in the room and the well-equipped fitness center on the top floor with views of the city.
